Open the relevant product specification in Click-PLM and select Upload Spec. Choose the document you want to use from your device.

2. Let the AI understand it

ClickAI analyses the file, including its headings, sections, tables and product information. It identifies the data that is relevant to your specification template.

3. Automatically populate the specification

The extracted information is mapped to the appropriate fields within Click-PLM and added to the specification automatically.

4. Review and continue

The populated information is presented to the user for review. Your team remains in control and can check, amend or approve the information before progressing through the normal workflow.
